Program Overview
ABGC T-Ball is designed for boys and girls in Kindergarten through 2nd Grade, offering a fun, welcoming introduction to baseball in a low-pressure, supportive environment. (Older children may participate in Coach Pitch Baseball.)
Registration for the Spring season opens in January and remains open until the start of the season. The season begins in April and runs through the spring.
For many families, T-Ball brings back fond memories of a simpler time, and at ABGC, that tradition runs deep. Our first T-Ball leagues were formed in 1963, right here in Annandale. Pictured below are two photos taken 60 years apart, both featuring Kip Germain, current ABGC President—one from the very first T-Ball seasons, and one from last year. Same smile, same love for the game.
Today, ABGC proudly continues this 60-year tradition, helping young athletes build confidence, coordination, teamwork, and a love for being active, all while having fun.
